These terms govern your use of accountablebc.com and related forms, emails, and text messages from Accountable BC LLC ("Accountable BC"). By using the site, you agree to them.

No professional advice; no client relationship

Content on this site and in our general communications is for information only. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice for your situation. Submitting a form, booking a call, or speaking with us in a complimentary consultation does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement.

Text messaging program

  • Program: Accountable BC sends text messages about your inquiry, consultations, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may also send occasional updates and offers.
  • Consent: you opt in by checking the consent box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation, then no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP, or contact [email protected] or 213-845-2211.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false information.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Accountable BC LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling and video-meeting tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accountable BC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Services provided to clients are governed by the engagement agreement.
