Client information: if you become a client, we collect the financial and tax information needed to provide our services under a separate written engagement agreement.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold consultations, and send appointment confirmations and reminders.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Accountable BC, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run our business and deliver our services — our customer-relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector); Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets; Google Analytics; video-meeting tools; tax preparation software; and bookkeeping software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
With our estate planning partner, Snug, if you choose to use the estate planning services offered at estate.accountablebc.com. Snug's own privacy policy also applies to information you provide there.
When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
